Position overview.

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Remote Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective business clients, providing a warm, engaging, and informative service.
This role requires exceptional sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks remotely.

The Role
You will be responsible for

Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with new or existing clients.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets.


Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including interactions with prospects, opportunities, and closed deals.
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Understand customer needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
Provide feedback to the sales, marketing, delivery, and operations teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
