Currently, they are expanding their Sales Department, and together, we are looking to recruit several experienced:



TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVES



Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing new customer relationships while strengthening existing ones to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration. You will be expected to plan and execute the sales strategy for your assigned geographic area, coordinate and attend key industry trade shows, seminars, and conferences to represent the company's products and maintain up-to-date product training certifications.


Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent, and high-performing individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications and experience:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience (experience with Tap Changers and/or Transformers is essential).

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in any of the following languages would be an important advantage: German, Polish, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or Korean.

Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office and Outlook.

Proven ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, employees, and management at all levels.

Experience with structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels, including the C-suite.

Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (about 50% of the time).
