For one of our clients – a fast-expanding global fintech provider, offering businesses seamless
international payments, risk management, trade finance, and API connectivity, we are looking
for – Senior Sales Specialist – Fintech Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
*Establish and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying new business opportunities;
*Collaborate with senior team members, such as the Senior Sales Manager or Head of Desk,
to create new sales strategies;
*Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, while cross-selling services to existing
accounts;
*Provide top-tier service to clients, ensuring a positive experience and retention;
*Regularly update the team and track progress on sales targets and client engagement;
*Stay informed on market dynamics and adapt solutions to meet client demands;
*Build and strengthen long-term relationships to foster business expansion.

Requirements:
*Experience in sales or client relationship management within the financial services industry;
*Fluency in both Bulgarian and English with excellent communication abilities;
*Previous experience in B2B or client-facing roles is essential;
*Knowledge of the SME and Midcap industries is highly valued;
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
*Previous experience in banking, forex, or fund management is a plus;
*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to address client needs and solve problems
effectively.
