For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-
of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking
for – Senior Sales Mentor with English.

Responsibilities:
*Design and deliver training to equip Sales Managers with the necessary skills to coach their
teams effectively;
*Assess training impact through key metrics like performance improvements and team goal
achievement;
*Analyze performance data to identify areas for manager growth and coaching effectiveness;
*Develop frameworks and tools to help managers assess and improve team performance;
*Work with managers to set improvement plans and track progress toward goals;
*Update regional playbooks to reflect global practices and local challenges;
*Support managers in adopting new tools, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and
minimize disruption.

What is needed:
*Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven history of success across multiple sectors;
*Expertise in leading, mentoring, and applying data-driven techniques to cultivate high-
performing sales teams and drive positive business results;
*Background in industries such as technology (cloud, software, security), e-commerce, digital
marketing, telecom, utilities, or public sector;
*Certifications in sales leadership or coaching (e.g., II-ASP, NASP, CMC, ACST, Sadler);
*Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, marketing, management, psychology,
communications);
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capability to motivate
and guide teams across all levels;
*Proven track record of adjusting coaching approaches to suit various teams and business
settings, emphasizing ongoing development.
*Willingness to travel for business trips, up to 30% per year
