Operational Risk Department Manager


Some of your duties:

You will be responsible for implementing the Operational Risk framework in the company, creating a unified approach to its assessment. Besides, you will coordinate programs and processes for Risk identification and will have a chance to manage different projects and staff.

Essential requirements:

- Professional experience as a (Deputy) Manager or Lead of an Operational Risk Department/ Unit;
- 7+ years of previous experience related to Operational Risk, Audit, Control or Compliance;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar;
- Knowledge of Basel II, and the regulatory framework for financial activities;
- CFA, GARP, or other similar certifications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
