To ensure the expansion of our service delivery center in Sofia we are looking for business to business support specialists, who will help the customers of one of the biggest online payment platforms in the world, offering a fully integrated suite of payment products. Our client is in the Forbes 50 list of the most innovative companies in Fintech and also recognized as the most highly valued private fintech company in the US.

Your main tasks:
Interact with users via email, phone, and chat
Represent our client at the initial point of contact with important and strategic users
Analyze and evaluate users’ specific account setups and previous interactions to recommend solutions to their questions that would best fit their needs
Troubleshoot user technical questions including software, hardware, and logistic questions for our client’s products
Meet client’s performance targets
Attend client/vendor meetings on a weekly basis
Escalate complex user issues to the respective teams within the client’s structure
Provide data based input on case handling processes
Be able to deliver conclusions from data given to you
Work to resolve user issues within first contact, escalating only as needed due to access restrictions, tool limitations, or technical complexity
Identify opportunities to improve the user experience with better tooling or product fixes

Our requirements:

Excellent level of French and fluency in English
Tech-savvy
Previous customer support experience in a related field such as technology, financial services, or a similarly complex product offering
Must have prior experience in multi-channel customer support
Demonstrated experience working within a metric and target focused work environment
Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with ability to understand customers’ business challenges and tailor a solution adapted to their needs
Are able and willing to work on a rotational shift pattern, which will include weekends
Highly motivated and thrive in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to solve complex support problems, often in the absence of defined workflows
High performance track record on previous roles
Previous background on escalation roles is an advantage
