HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Duties and responsibilities:

• Actively participates in all HR concepts, project and initiatives in the company - talent management, performance management, employer branding, internship programe etc.;
• Builds and develops sustainable relationships with managers and employees in the specific domain and act like dedicated HR Business partner, providing consultation and support on HR related topics;
• Provides high-quality HR support to the business in the full cycle of the recruitment & selection processes through: pre-screening of candidates, organizing and conducting interviews in a professional manner; providing feedback and supporting the hiring decision making process;
• Participates in the preparation of HR rules, procedures and process optimization and proposes measures for improvement;
• Prepares various analysis and reports – regular and ad-hoc;

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience in the HR at a similar position would be considered as an advantage;
• Outstanding communication style - open and transperent, and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong planning and organisational skills and proven ability to multi-task with a focus on achieving results;
• Self – starter mindset as well as excellent teamwork aproach;
• University degree in HR, Economics, Psychology or related;
• Very good command of English and proficiency with MS Office;
