Our client is a global online provider of foreign exchange (forex) trading and related services to retail and institutional customers worldwide, providing services through its own online trading platforms and affiliates. The company has offices in Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Hong Kong, Sydney, Athens, Tokyo, affiliate offices in Toronto, Tel-Aviv, Santiago, Beirut and has a rapidly growing back-office operations department in Sofia.

The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our client`s FX Sales/Support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for financial markets. The individual will be expected to be an expert on the company full product suite and have a desire to work in a target driven environment.

Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to):
- Drive sales for our client’s Retail Products and Services for FX and CFDs from entry level through to advanced level clients
- Intelligently discuss the financial markets and the factors that move them in an articulate manner
- Build and Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of clients, our client`s trading platform and the FX markets to prospective clients
- Execute an organized, efficient and structured sales process both on the phone and face to face at trading expos and seminars
- Liaise with marketing managers to translate English content into Polish 
- Liaise with sales managers to translate English sales materials (emails, web pages, other content) into Polish 
- Identify and report back opportunities of further growth specific to the region

Skills and Qualifications:- Fluency in English and Polish 
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed demanding sales targets
- A driven, positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and articulation skills
- The ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy skills Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Adobe Acrobat A summary of the working conditions:
