Taxback[dot]com is a multinational company serving a wide rage of private and corporate clients worldwide and is offering the following services: income tax refunds, tax return filing, dividend withholding tax reclaim and payroll processing.


Our Front office team is central to everything we do and a very important part of the operation. We are now looking for a Front Office Representative.

Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Shift: 10:00 - 18:30 BG Time (Mon-Fri)

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing all inbound calls and transferring them to the relevant person/department
• Meeting and greeting any walk-in customers
• Liaising with other departments within the organization
• Other relevant front office responsibilities assigned by the Reception Team Leader

Our clients are from all around the world so you will need to have excellent spoken English with clear accent and outstanding communication skills.

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly attitude
• Clear and professional telephone manner
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work in a team


Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of customer relationship management would be considered an
• Previous experience in a call center or on a similar position is required
