years in the field of services is looking for a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT


SKILLS
AND REQUIREMENTS:


• previous
professional experience in administration or university degree in
Economics


• Proficiency
in Bulgarian and English language - written and spoken


• Excellent
Microsoft Office skills (especially Word & Excel)


• Administrative
writing and reporting skills


• Organizational
time management and presentation skills


• Travel
logistics


• Clean
driving license


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Assisting
the CEO in time management by reading, researching, and routing
correspondence with customers and providers; drafting letters and
documents


• Monitoring
and processing the documents and the contracts


• Maintaining
executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings,
teleconferences and travel


• Welcoming
guests and customers in person or by the telephone


• Issuing
the monthly invoices


• Supporting
the Accounting Department by primary processing the documents
