Our current client is one of the leading marketing agencies in Bulgaria. The company is specialized in Management Consulting, Market Research, Earned Media, Digital Strategy, Social Media Management, Web Development, and others.

On their behalf, we are currently looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join their team. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!

Кеy Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital communications strategies to answer clients' needs and expectations;
- Efficiently manage digital campaigns or projects - setting priorities and goals, managing budgets, monitoring progress and analyzing results;
- Strategize, plan and manage digital content production (copy and visual assets) across all our clients digital channels, including websites, email, and social media;
- Monitor trends and audience engagement and provide detailed analyses of our clients web, social media, and email marketing activities;
- Define and monitor campaign action plans execution;
- Customer relations.

Кеy Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field with specialization in digital marketing;
- Minimum 3-year professional experience in a digital communications role;
- Profound knowledge of SM marketing, Influencer marketing, online advertising and communication, e-mailing campaigns and inbound marketing, as well as the latest digital marketing trends;
- Experience of managing social media platforms, including developing channel strategies, audience profiling and community building;
- Experience of developing and delivering strategic campaigns;
- Experience of evaluating performance of digital and social media channels and campaigns;
- Effective project and time management skills, with the special focus on the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines;
- Analytical mind with smart, innovative approach to maximize results;
- Team leader and strong team player;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills fluency in both Bulgarian and English is a must.
