For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience solutions, dedicated to
helping businesses enhance their customer interactions, we are looking for a tech-savvy
problem solver with a passion for communication for a role of Cloud-based Application Support with German & English – Hybrid model.

Your Mission:
* Process and resolve support requests like a pro;
* Dive into system logs to identify issues and trends;
* Use your skills to perform remote troubleshooting with skill and ease;
* Help us consistently achieve client KPIs and exceed expectations;
* Contribute to and improve our client Knowledge Database;
* Provide top-notch technical support to help clients solve problems.

What You Bring:
* Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal;
* Familiarity with networking, ideally in Linux;
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to tackle challenges;
* Previous experience with VoIP systems is essential;
* Customer-oriented and a proactive collaborator;
* Knowledge or education in telecommunications is a plus.
