Today we are in search of an Invoicing Specialist to join the team of our client – a Global Technology Company

Main duties:
- Daily accounting of metal-related invoices;
- Manage the resolution of Partner/ Customer queries related to incorrect invoices issued or maintenance of contracts in Sap.
- Responding to incoming telephone calls to assist clients directly and via email resolving various
levels of client support requests;
- Daily communication with purchasing, logistics and finance department.

The ideal candidate will have:
- University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related;
- Previous experience in the invoice management or cash application - must;
- Proficiency in German or French (C1 level) language;
- Good English (B2 level) skills;
- Very good computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
- A very good eye for details;
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
