The Pursuit Engagement Manager (PEM) is responsible for proposal delivery quality and client satisfaction by structuring and managing deals through completion. This role has the responsibility of assembling the bid team, ensuring the team both structures and hands over the proposal with an overall scope and within the agreed budget. 


Responsibilities:

• Works with existing Accounts, collects all the information and requirements from the client and transfers them to the sales team. 
• Analyze the requests and identify together with the Account Architect what solutioning towers should be engaged.
• Explains to the corresponding team the request requirements, deliverables and timelines. The expected outputs from the Solutioning teams are Solution Design, Costing, integrated document with Solution Description and Statement of work.
• Provides an escalation point between Account Business Manager and Solutioning team
• Provides guidance to Solutioning team where necessary (client requirements) and reviews any new requirements with the Account Business Manager prior to passing on to the Solution team.
• Planning, direction, and co-ordination of activities from pursuit initiation to contract signature both internally and with the client via Account Business Manager. 
• Understands and applies program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful pursuit.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Information Systems management as well as Business / Sales 
• 3+ years of experience in technical consultative selling and solution/account management
• Management and solution experience in IT industry, preferably in IT or BPO Outsourcing
• Experience in vertical industry preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in project/program management
• Strong leadership skills 
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments
• Demonstrated success working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure
• Demonstrated problem solving and prevention skills 
• Excellent English- verbal and written
• ITIL / ITSM Knowledge 
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-changing environment
