Our client offers an excellent opportunity for
talented people with language and communication skills. This is a multinational
company with 5+ years’ successful history in Bulgaria, growing every year their
staff. They are known to be one of the best employers locally in the area of
remote customer support.  The company has more than 220 employees in Sofia
and right now they proceed with further increase of their team.
On behalf of our client we are looking to
recruit motivated and positive minded people for the positions of: 


CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH SWEDISH


Key responsibilities:

- Provide support to clients that use company’s
websites,  by chat, on the phone and by e-mail
- Answer and follow up client’s queries about
the products, the software, the procedures etc.
- Escalate issues when needed, liaise with
relevant departments in the company

The profile of the successful candidate:

- Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written 
- Good English skills
- Computer literate, at ease with chat
- Previous experience in work with clients is
not required and an extensive training will be provided; what is key
is   customer oriented mindset
- Reliable person with “can do” attitude
- Resourceful and dynamic problem solver
