Due to the company development and our growing business needs, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic professional to join the team at the position of: 

Senior Recruitment Specialist

If you have:

• University degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, or business-related specialty; 
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of HR;
• Fluency in English (second foreign language will be considered as strong advantage);
• High level of computer literacy – MS Office. 

You will be expected to:

• Be able to lead multiple projects in excellence;
• Execute the overall recruitment process - definition of the profile searched, sourcing of candidates through differеnt channels, assessment of candidates through competency based interviews and preparation of candidate profiles, provide shortlists to customers;
• Work closely with Hiring managers to define expectations & align on the specific recruitment process flow; Provide expertise to the client,
• Facilitate the selection process of candidates and support negotiations with clients;
