Изисквания:Our client, one of the leading technology distributor, is looking for specialists to take on the position of a:

Sales Administrator (Back office)

If YOU know German or French languages, YOU are the RIGHT MAN!

Responsibilities:

•Enter the incoming queue of orders into the ERP system within KPIs set
•In case of unclear orders align with the customer or the sales rep of the customer
•Check order against authorization scheme
•Give information to the customers related to open orders (ETAs, order status updates, product information, etc.)
•Cancel orders when the customer has requested it and if the cancellation is possible
•Perform configuration of items if requested
•Perform other additional tasks assigned by the team leader

Requirements:

•University degree in Economics is considered an advantage
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Germa or French languages – minimum C1 level
•Very good language skills in English – minimum B2 level
•Previous data entry/customer service experience is considered an advantage
•Good technical knowledge of software and hardware and general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
