United Kingdom, Newbury (near London), Eight well experienced hair stylists
We require:
- Good professional experience (minimum 2 years)
- The candidate must have a passion for hairdressing and fashion
- To able to demonstrate creative flair when required
- Eagerness to learn
- Hairdressing requires an ever changing skillset and we aim to ensure that our stylists remain up to date with the latest techniques and trends
- Stylist that join the team must be willing to learn the Aveda products and exhibit an understanding of the brand
- Hardworking, conscientious team player that we can rely on
- The candidate must also show a conscientious nature towards clients
- It is crucial that the selected candidate is trustworthy as all members of the team are expected to handle payments and be responsible for the salon security
- To be able to work well under pressure
- To maintain your friendly, likeable disposition and general good attitude despite moments of pressure
- Candidates must show a willingness to be flexible in their job role in order to support the team
- Good command of English
We offer:
- Salary of £18,000 plus tips which are normally £50 - £100 per week once the column is built
- We also offer a commission one staff have reached the weekly target
- Our stylist earn on averaged once they have built a column £24,000 pa which inc tips and commission
- Accommodation sheared house, provided by employer, paid by employee 60 / 80 GBP per week
- Work is 10 min walk from house
- 40 working hours per week
- Over time some times available
- Immediate employment
- Permanent contract
