Today we are giving you a chance to work and have fun in an international environment at the position of:
Operations Process Administrator with Dutch
Responsibilities:
- Performs business processing transactions which require screening and encoding of data fields.
- Performs non-routine analysis and independent judgment in the application of business rules.
- Communicating with customers to provide further additional information regarding products or services.
- Preparing reports providing the detailed information regarding personal customer information, unresolved matters, action taken, and any relevant comments or notes.
- Maintaining records of all transactions and interactions made with customers.
- Processing of payment related applications and transactions.
- Generation of quotations, new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and claims and administration for relevant consumer lines products.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills with fluency in written/verbal Dutch
- Proficient usage of MS Office applications, especially on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- University degree or student.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing/Shared Services environment would be an added advantage.
