For our client, a leading international BPO company, we are currently looking for a:
Reporting Analyst with German
Your responsibilities will include:
• Research and collect data/information, analyze information and identify trends.
• Create presentations using a variety of charts and graphs to illustrate results as well as summaries and conclusions.
• Produce performance reports, competitive analysis and client analysis reports.
• Create a variety of management reports to present information with logical conclusions and action plans.
• Collect sales activity data and create statistical reports to investigate.
• Analyze trends in various activities and performance and present results and recommendations that provide logical conclusions.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both business German and English.
• 4+ years of business, sales, marketing and/or financial analysis experience.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, first class understanding of statistical process analysis.
• Excellent understanding of the CRM BPO world, its drivers, restraints, locations and pricing.
• Ability to create meaningful reports from concepts and to analyze data effectively.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel, other related database products and Sales CRM systems.
