Customer Support Representative with Czech language
The Customer Support Representative is the first point of contact for users of an app of a technology company in the Transport industry. He/ She will provide support to general enquiries & complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service via email, chat, and voice.
- Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way.
- Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences.
- Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to fall in love with the brand.
- Triage issues and escalate them when necessary.
Requirements:
- Solid communication skills (written and spoken) in Czech language.
- Good written, spoken, and comprehension skills in English.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems to find speedy resolutions.
- Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries.
- Ability to support several markets on a flexible shift basis.
