For our client, a global business process outsourcing company with over 16,000 team members around the world, including in Canada, the United States, Europe, Central America and the Philippines, we are currently looking for a:
Senior Manager Client Relationship
The role:
- Grow the business: Meet key annual performance revenue and margin objectives and drive new business opportunities within designated client and/or client base.
- Operational excellence: Developing, nurturing and delivering a consistent, responsive and proactive level of program excellence as defined by key performance indicators, service level agreements and contract experience.
- Build relationships as a Client Advocate: Managing Leading and interacting with client and internal teams at all levels with the overarching goal of implementing strategic initiatives that impact productivity, service excellence and customer loyalty and growth.
- Migration and Implementation support: Drive the post sales activity and pre-implementation of contracted delivery. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting escalated operational challenges within designated client or client base.
- Process excellence: Drive the support building a service model and infrastructure needed to create scale and efficiencies in a global BPO market place.
Key skills and requirements:
- Solid experience in B2B client relationship management and BPO.
- Ability to grow, motivate and manage teams.
- Strong awareness of customer needs and knowledge of the industry’s priorities.
- Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills.
