RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and post job advertisements;
- Organise the recruitment and selection processes;
- Carry out interviews by assessing whetherthe degree, qualifications, personal qualities, language and other skills of the candidates match the criteria specified for the particular job opening;
- Liaise with and provide ongoing support for employees in relation totheir enquiries andjob-related issues and needs;
- Provide information and consultation to both customers/employers and candidates on matters concerning employment and labour supply and demand;
- Take part in face-to-face meetings between job candidates and employers;
- Handle all email correspondence and telephone calls and submit any information, documents and data as need be.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher degree or other qualification suitable for the job position;
- Prior experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and German;
- Good communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent candidate assessment skills;
- Ability to work both individually or as part of a team;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Available to work long term;
- Available to start work immediately;
