Our current client is Finnish-owned private network of accounting and auditing companies with offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Kaunas, Kiev, Warsaw, Budapest and Sofia. The company has more than 30 years of experience in providing payroll and accounting services and is a market leader in the Nordic region. On their behalf, we are actively looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrative Assistant to join and grow within their Sofia team.

Responsibilities:
Support the team with all administrative tasks in the office;
Prepare contracts, powers of attorney and other legal documents;
Assist with translation and interpretation when needed;
Handle and file all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;
Secure the needed office supplies;
Arrange business trips, coordinate meetings and visits;
Receive incoming phone calls and visitors and direct them to the right person in the company.

Requirements:
University degree in Law or related field;
At least one year of previous experience as an Administrative/Office assistant;
Fluent in both spoken and written English;
Excellent MS-Office skills (especially Excel);
Highly people-oriented and organized;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Team player with excellent business manners and behavior.
