• Fluent level of German
• Good knowledge of English
• Good communication skill and customer focus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service via email or chat
• Coordinate users inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
• Build loyalty among new users
• Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
