Who are you:
A person who wants to be the reason for the trust in our network and who is ready to solve problems with perseverance and concentration in the live network.

Your tasks:
mobile network monitoring (transport environment, network elements, services and devices);
initial analysis of different alarms, diagnostics, troubleshooting and / or escalation of incidents for voice and mobile data transfer services;
liaising with different stakeholders in order to establish problems in the transport environment, infrastructure and IT systems;
resolving incidents and problems according to internal procedure;
preparing reports on the status of the mobile network;
work on shifts.

Your profile:
deep knowledge in network and voice and data transfer technologies;
previous experience in telecommunication and/or network technologies will be considered an advantage;
university degree in the field of Telecommunications, IT or similar;
good command of German;
good command of English;
ready to work in a dynamic environment.
