CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH LANGUAGE

On behalf of our client we would like to present the role of Customer Administration Specialist with French .


Major responsibilities:

• To manage the resolution of Partner/ Customer queries within corporate guidelines
• To demonstrate the ability to react professionally in disputed or heated situations
• To create solutions that not only meet with customer satisfaction, but also make Partners/Customers feel valued and keen to repeat business
• To encourage positive Partner behavior through feedback on QMS system
• To ensure Partner compliance with Portal functionality where available
• To ensure compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules


Background, skills, experience and qualifications:

• Fluent French language
• Ability to work closely with customers & negotiate effective outcomes to their problems
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
• PC literacy and a good command of English language
• Any experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
