For one of our clients – one of the largest companies in the BPO sector – we are looking for Solutions Specialist with German or French or Spanish or Italian.
To succeed you need to be customer focused, passionate, and be a self-starter who is not afraid to be creative and take risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Follow up customer requests and make sure that no customer is left without care, appropriate answers and with the best solutions for their needs;
* Analyze customer needs and present value-added solution. Inspire and excite customers about how our solutions can impact their lives;
* Providing support via phone and through email, chat, and social media platforms. Offering products, services, upgrades, special deals and free gifts.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in one of the following languages German or French or Spanish or Italian;
* Good level of English;
* Ability to listen and come up with solutions to customers problems;
* Excellent people and communication skills;
* Patient, positive, friendly and focused;
* Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment. You will be part of a big team and it is important that you enjoy teamwork but that you are also able to work independently.
