We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our international client at the position of:

Service Order Center Professional with German



Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure the close loop process between Engineer and Supply Chain;
- Respond to customers’ queries and questions and provide solutions;
- Ensure on time allocations of orders;
- Communication and support of various internal teams by e-mail and phone;
- Raise escalations.



Minimum Requirements:

- Excellent German and English skills – verbal and written;
- 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service Environment ;
- Experience in Logistics will be an advantage;
- Pro-active approach;
- Relevant university degree (Logistics / Economics).
