Human Capital Store is actively recruiting a Real Estate Sales ManagerOur client is a Luxury Real Estate Company with deep real estate know how.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a proven salesman/saleswoman;
- Is able to manage Sales team;
- Prioritize and achieve his daily/weekly targets;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/ marketing /business development as a consultant;
- Works proficient with MS Office;
- Communicate fluently in English.
Key tasks will include:
- To be responsible for motivating your agents to close their sales. The team is 6 to 8 Sales Consultants;
- To attract, train and develop new team members;
- To participate in special events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences);
- To do regular market analysis and research;
- To participate in special events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences);
