We at MacGregor are seeking a talented People and Reward Analyst / Specialist to join our dynamic HR team, reporting to the Director Performance Reward. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Execute and maintain various reward processes, including salary reviews, incentive calculations, and performance evaluations.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of MacGregor's total reward structure, encompassing base salary, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
Utilize data analysis tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support HR decision-making.
Assist with global mobility and short-term assignment programs.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a Reward Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, job evaluation methods, and performance management practices.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a heavily matrix international environment is preferred.
