Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of social media and experience with content moderation is a plus;
Proficiency in English and Bulgarian.

Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos;
Respond to user reports and complaints;
Assist in developing and improving moderation policies and procedures;
Collaborate with other teams to resolve content-related issues;
