Sutherland is currently looking for an experienced, proactive and strategic-thinking professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Lead – Technical Recruitment

Position Overview:

Leading a Team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in Bulgaria, developing the regional recruitment strategy which includes the comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing.

Position Impact:

• Snr stakeholder management
• Strategy design and implementation
• Manager for 5 Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Escalation point for all TA related issues
• Reporting to the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in the Talent Acquisition management
• Preferable BPO Technical Recruitment experience
• Excellent English language
• Excellent presentation skills
• University Degree graduate

Talent Acquisition Lead in this role get to:

• Well aware of the Bulgarian human resources market, industry and stakeholders (HRs, agencies, recruiters, consulting firms)
• Strategic thinker but also good executor on a tactical level
• Hands on and goal oriented, Strong “Can do” attitude. Able to find solutions vs. searching for limitations.
• Customer first attitude – be a partner and enabler for the business
• Creative and able to spot opportunities and turn them into actions
• Good administrator – able to set vision, turn into tasks, delegate to the team, supervise and support on the execution
• Self-demanding and striving for next level performance
• Good communicator and strong networking skills – should be able to establish and maintain contacts and build trust
• Strong in analyzing data and trends and able to do research the market and come with solutions
• Dynamic and active – travel, meet people, supervise progress of the team
• Self-confident and good communicator – be able to present well the current performance, challenges and solutions.
