Our client is one of the biggest software companies and provider of technical support and BPO services - the company plans to expand its operations in Bulgaria. More Technical Support Engineers would be added to the staff to harness the huge opportunities in the country.

We are looking for experienced Technical Support Engineers (junior and standard level).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Resolving technical problems and and providing support of customer applications.
- Answering queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Respond to IT support requests from clients as related to infrastructure and software issues via multiple sources in Azure IaaS, PaaS, Office 365.
- Meets timelines to drive the delivery of tickets SLAs.
- Diagnosing, identifying, isolating, and analyzing problems utilizing historical database records.
- Routing calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists, as required.
- Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.
- Alerting management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
- Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Fluency in one in German or other languages.
• 2+ years of related technical experience in the areas of Windows Server.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure CloudOps.
• Experience with Office 365 is an advantage.
• Basic experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding and following of the ITIL processes.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities.
