Following the expansion of the team of one of our clients, an international company in the gaming sphere, we are looking to recruit:
Support Agent with Romanian
What challenges fulfill the day of the agent?
•Taking care of customer enquiries via email, chat box and/ or phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met;
•Consulting and supporting the clients;
•Solving different issues when is necessary;
•Maintain in depth knowledge about the products.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
•Fluency in Romanian;
•Basic level of English;
•Very good knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet;
•Strong communication and analytical skills.
