For one of our clients – one of the leaders in the outsourcing business– we are looking for Level 3 Technical Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist, coach, train all support representatives on work-related procedures and products;
* Works either alone or part of a team in troubleshooting, isolation, test planning, development, diagnosis and execution for integration and system testing;
* Participate in project implementations by completing assigned tasks;
* Take part in integration of new functionality and content;
* Participate in the development and administration of workflow processes and update hardware inventory information;
* Support, development and implementation within big data platform.
* Recommend ways to improve product and service support capabilities. Advise on risks, issues and concerns.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English;
* Experience with Python or Java;
* Programming experience with Linux or Unix;
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Statistics, or related field - advantage;
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
