WTS is a global financial services firm that is seeking fluent English speakers to join our growing company in central Sofia. You will be responsible for calling customers worldwide in all English speaking geos. We will provide all training and a modern state-of-the-art environment to work from.

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English language- verbal and written
• Previous experience in telemarketing/ telesales would be considered as an advantage
• Customer and results oriented personality
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and competence
• Excellent communication skills
• Being a team player

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
• Makes telephone calls to existing and prospective customers
• Identifying customer needs and progressing the sales process
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
• Meeting sales goals
