Are you passionate about safeguarding digital identities and ensuring secure access management? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and ensuring compliance with IAM policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Understand and manage the complete identity and access management lifecycle, including user onboarding, transfer, and offboarding (JML).
Assist in coordinating security administration activities across diverse platforms, applications, and systems, ensuring adherence to IAM policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of Level 1 access management periodic controls in accordance with established security policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in managing IAM audit points, both internal and external to the team.
Contribute to the development of tools or processes aimed at enhancing user access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows in alignment with organizational IAM policies.
Maintain effective documentation for records and reports on access management activities.


Job Requirements:
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English.
Experience or familiarity with IAM platforms, would be considered an advantage.
Possess a basic understanding of IAM technologies and concepts, including user provisioning, identity synchronization, and access control.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IAM and awareness of regulatory compliance requirements related to IAM.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and grow in the role.
Knowledge of SQL would be a valuable asset.
