The Community Project Associate role is unique amongst the various positions available for Spotify Partners, such as Sutherland. The role involves leading overarching projects and is a stepping-stone to broader product/project management.

Main responsibilities

● Work independently on project planning and execution - taking ownership for all project materials and communications.
● Identify gaps and take responsibility for eliciting missing information from stakeholders and collaborators.
● Create individual steps and timelines to lead the projects to completion in the specific deadline and present findings to the wider team.
● Independently perform research and analysis, and use it to identify areas of opportunity for operational improvement.
● Able to use data and analytics to inform decision making and present findings in written form, in presentations and communicate in meetings with large groups of stakeholders
● Communicate and collaborate with the Spotify Managers to raise any points of interest, challenges, progress and to provide continuous reporting.
● Personally lead assigned projects
● Provide feedback and set clear SMART goals and tasks for stakeholders.
● Provide constructive criticism for wider project retrospectives to help positively influence the development of ways of working amongst all teams.
