Sutherland is seeking a reliable and organized person to join us as a Training Manager. The Training Manager will be accountable to deliver all Organization Capability programs for our offices in Varna&Burgas. Should have excellent facilitation and process transformation services knowledge.

Training Managers in this role get to:

Provide training: Deliver training programs in virtual or brick and mortar classrooms. Follow-up on post-delivery expectations to closure of certification. Have regular touchpoints with participants during the training phase.
Identify operations expectations: Regarding their business/programs, and also improve the performance of the participants attending the training programs.
Ensure compliance: Maintain training data for the department accurately and timely
Processes Improvement: Provide inputs to the Training curriculum to make it effective and efficient.

Our most successful candidates will have:

- Strong understanding of process transformation services (SL, Quality, Voice/Data metrics, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with Team Managers; work as a team-player
- Ability to efficiently manage time and to be able to effectively track training criteria (attendance, test scores etc
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English
- A minimum of 6 years in the process transformation services industry off which 4 years in training
- A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role and/or exposure to leadership training
