Customer Adviser with French and English


Main responsibilities:

Processing of incoming customer requests via phone and mail;
Appropriate and prompt answers to the questions of the customers;
Giving information about products and providing technical support.


Requirements:

Fluent in French and very good level of English;
Excellent computer literacy;
Very good communicative and organizational skills;
Confident and competent presence via telephone;
Customer-oriented thinking and innovative approach;
High self-motivation.
