For them we’re looking for a motivated person who would like to join their team of professionals on the following position:

Customer Service Representative

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries by investigating all issues and gathering all necessary information within multiple billing and customer management systems either on a front line or second level basis;
• Effectively communicate company policy and procedures as it relates to their products and services;
• Research complex customer issues and process billing adjustments by entering credits or other adjustments into the records for that customer account;
• Responsible for reporting issues affecting multiple customers to management;
• Maintain departmental standards regarding courtesy and productivity;
• Eliminate customer confusion or frustration using empathy and consideration to reach amicable solutions;
• Take ownership of customer concerns and issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• General computer knowledge in a Windows based environment.
• Must be fluent in the English language both verbally and written.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner, both over the phone and via email.
