We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented professionals to join our global team. You will interact daily with customers via phone and e-mail and you will deliver a consistent level of outstanding service, ensuring resolution and adding value to the customers’ experience that continually exceeds their expectations.


Responsibilities:

➢ Handle inbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining our standards and goals;
➢ Ability to provide expert advice and accurate information to customers;
➢ Negotiate and troubleshoot as necessary in order to satisfy the customer need;
➢ Resolve calls and only escalate when all options have been exhausted;
➢ Maintain positive attitude at all times.


Requirements:

➢ Excellent customer care skills;
➢ Fluency in English (level C1);
➢ Good technical skills and computer knowledge, including all MS Office applications;
➢ Strong problem solving skills/ability to empathize with customer;
➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills;
➢ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to effectively manage competing priorities;

Additional information:

Working hours: This position requires working on shifts. You can set up your schedule in the most suitable way for you. You can also choose between part-time and full time – 4 or 6h for a part-time and 8h for a full time.
Training period: Between 2-4 weeks /paid training/.
