Sutherland is seeking a goal-oriented and strategic-thinking person to join us as Sales Performance Manager with German to ensure sales representatives are trained to deliver a superior customer experience for the business. Sales Managers in this role get to:

• Motivate the team to reach their targets
• Do regular monitoring and checking of the sales team’s exchanges with potential merchants and provide coaching based on these checks to help them pitch better to close deals.
• Provide feedback on the performance and improvements of the sales team.
• Become knowledgeable about the company’s different products and services and effectively articulate value proposition and benefits.
• Create and align sales and customer success specific training content based on the organization's objectives.
• Design and deliver training content (presentation, playbooks, videos, etc.) to support training programs and self-paced learning in close collaboration with program trainers and team managers
• Facilitate training sessions utilizing value selling methodologies and techniques in collaboration with the program trainers.
• Create and update training content for training and development programs and materials, ensuring up-to-date information which can be easily accessed by the sales team.

What you need to be:

• Passionate about sales and an expert on sales best practices and processes. You can diagnose issues with sales practices and lead holistic efforts to improve them.
• A people person with strong interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships, works well with others, and can influence and motivate people.
• An excellent communicator who can clearly send a message across with the intended purpose and impact.
• Dependable. Can meet deadlines, work independently, accountable, and maintain focus.
• A problem-solver who strives to understand different scenarios and works to resolve complex situations.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of actual business to consumer sales experience in the telecom industry
• Experience working with cross-cultural and remotely located teams.
• Fluency in German
• Professional level of English - able to write, speak, and understand English comfortably.
