Our client is a leading company in the field of online payments and digital wallet solutions used by big business as a well as private customers. For them we’re looking for a motivated person who would like to join their team of professionals on the following position:

Commercial Services Executive

Main responsibilities:

- Information support to existing merchants via e-mails and telephone;
- Merchant account reporting, instruction and operation support;
- Work in two shifts between 9 AM - 9 PM. Each shift is 9 hours;
- Provide support to Account Management & Sales teams;
- Working with Compliance team, Risk team, Finance team and IT team.

Requirements:

- Professional communication skills, both written and oral, are of paramount importance;
- Fluent English, second language would be a plus;
- Ability to form professional yet personable relationships with merchant contacts;
- Professionally deal with confidential information;
- Strong independent decision-making and organizational skill;
- Conflict/complaint resolution skills;
- Able to work in a team atmosphere.
