General duties:
Overall management of the “Assets valuation - Individual Clients” section, including the distribution of current tasks among the employees in the department, trainings, goal setting, etc.
Providing proposals for optimization of the processes / regulations related to the assessment and validation of real estate, land, machinery and equipment, inventories, technical control of investment loans, in order to maximize the effective use of the resources
Preparation of specifications for new IT developments related to the activity
Preparation of presentations, inquiries and reports related to the activities of the Department
Support of the activities in scope of Head of the “Collaterals Valuation Approval” Department

Requirements:
Completed higher education
Experience on a similar position related to assets valuation
Management experience
Proficiency in English
Certificate for real estate valuations, issued by the Chamber of Independent Valuers in Bulgaria
Availability of other certificates for valuation of other assets issued by the Chamber of Independent Valuers in Bulgaria
Communication and organizational skills
