DEPARTMENT LEAD (LARGE CORPORATE CLIENTS)


Some of your responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Department to manage and expand high-level client relationships in the corporate banking sector. This individual will be instrumental in building and leading a senior team of professionals. Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing end-to-end dealing processes, and presenting and defending deals to the board of directors and other key decision-makers. In this role you will also oversee team members, providing leadership and guidance to achieve team goals effectively.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 1+ years of experience in a managerial role focused on large corporate clients;
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Relationship Manager;
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services;
- Previously established own portfolio of corporate clients.
- Very good command of English (B2 level or higher);
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or other relevant specialty;
