We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Operational Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to lead and oversee key operational activities within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
• Organizes, plans, directs and controls the overall activity of the directorate in relation to new investments;
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing building operations and equipment;
• Organizes design studies for the implementation of repairs, including determination of the volume of works, assignment, coordination, control and acceptance of the assigned works;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of architectural and urban development projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols;

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Building Systems, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably within the architecture, construction, or urban planning sectors;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Familiarity with building systems, equipment, and sustainable design practices is highly desirable;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
