As a People Rewards and Benefits Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing a compensation and benefits strategies. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure our rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design and rollout of compensation and benefits programs aligned with company strategy and market trends;
• Act as a key contributor to the annual rewards process, including salary benchmarking, compensation planning, and market data analysis;
• Participate in global Total Rewards and Benefits projects, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with best practices;
• Oversee HR and payroll budgeting activities and support financial planning in Total Rewards and Benefits;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Total Rewards and Benefits inquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders and fostering strong working relationships;
• Collect and analyze market data to keep our compensation and benefits offerings competitive;
• Review and make recommendations for improvements to Total Rewards policies and processes;
• Collaborate with HR leaders to align initiatives with broader business and people strategies;
• Support tools, systems, and controls that enhance rewards programs, offering insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach;
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;


Skills:
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a solid understanding of payroll functions;
• Proficiency in Bulgarian Labor Law;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Fluent in both English and Bulgarian, with excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
