YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the General Manager (GM);
Coordinate and maintain the GM’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events;
Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and other documents in line with the GM’s requirements;
Organize and manage business trips, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Project Management:
Lead and support projects and change initiatives to deliver measurable business results;
Actively contribute to key business planning and process improvement initiatives;
Organize OPCO Business Planning (BP) sessions, ensuring efficient preparation and execution;
Innovatively design welcome packs and other materials for business visits and events.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all assigned tasks and projects;
Maintain accurate databases and documentation for GM-related activities;
Manage GM expense reports, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints;
Handle company policies related to safety, labor, and compliance.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING?
+2 years of experience in a similar administrative or managerial support role;
A university degree in Business, Management, or a related field;
High-level PC literacy, including MS Office;
Advanced proficiency in English;
Proven success in managing presentations, events, and cross-functional coordination;
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
